• Additional Storage
  Description:
  Storage lockers are available for $20 per month. Personal property may not be stored in building common areas or on community grounds.
  
• Clothes Care Center
  Hours:
  Open daily 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
  
  Description:
  Laundry rooms are available for resident use. Please remove any pens, crayons, lipsticks, etc. from pockets prior to using machines. Management is not responsible for missing or damaged items.
  
• Dog Park
  Description:
  Dog parks are conveniently located on the East, West and North sides of the community. Residents are encouraged to use these facilities for off-leash time with their pets. Pet waste removal systems are provided for your convenience. Please remember to clean up after your pet!
  
• Fitness Center

  Open daily 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.

  Rules and Regulations
  
  1. The fitness center is to be used at your own risk.
  2. The fitness center is for use by residents 18 years of age and older only.
  3. Be certain that your Recreational Activities Waiver is signed and current.
  4. Rubber-soled shoes and shirts must be worn at all times in exercise areas.
  5. “Horseplay,” fighting, dangerous conduct, and any other activity disrupting another resident are not permitted.
  6. Please be considerate of others and wipe down all machines when you are finished.
  7. Food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted at any time. Closed plastic beverage containers are permitted.
  8. Smoking is prohibited.
  9. Secure all of your personal belongings. Home Properties is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  10. Please report all equipment malfunctions to the Property Manager.
  11. Become familiar with the equipment before use.
  12. It is strongly recommended that you consult with your physician before starting an exercise program.
  13. If you feel faint, dizzy, short of breath, strained, or uncomfortable, stop immediately.
  
  
• Floors
  Description:
  Bleach should never be used on vinyl or hardwood floors. Grocery stores and home supply stores provide the proper products for cleaning and maintaining floors. Armstrong Once 'n Done is highly recommended for all vinyl flooring. Hardwood floors should be cleaned using a product designed for sealed hardwood flooring.
  
• Package Receipt
  Description:
  The Leasing Information Center will accept deliveries in your absence. Oversize packages cannot be accepted due to limited storage space. Carriers are responsible for notifying residents if deliveries have been accepted at the Leasing Information Center. Unclaimed packages will be returned to sender. Packages can only be picked up during regular business hours with proper identification.
  
• Pest Services
  Description:
  Walker’s Pest Services is available for service on Fridays only at no charge for general pest services for our residents. Please call at least 24 hours prior to the day of service should you wish to request a visit from the technician. Bed bugs are not a general pest service and require residents to pay for this specialized service, as well as comply with company rules on eliminating this pest.
  
• Picnic & Barbeque Areas
  Description:
  Picnic areas are provided in the East, North, and West sides of the community complete with charcoal grills and picnic tables.
  
  Rules and Regulations
  
  1. Grilling is not permitted within 25 feet of buildings, landscape, or other similar structures.
  2. Please extinguish any hot coals before leaving picnic area.
  3. Never dispose of hot ash in combustible containers.
  4. Please dispose of all trash in the proper containers.
  5. Picnic tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  
• Playground

  Rules and Regulations
  
  1. Be careful. Use playground at your own risk.
  2. No glass containers.
  3. No alcoholic beverages.
  4. No profanity, rough playing, or yelling permitted.
  5. Please use equipment properly. No climbing on outside of equipment.
  6. No throwing of objects.
  7. No loitering or trespassing allowed.
  
  
• Reserved Parking
  Description:
  We offer the following parking options for an additional fee:

  - Carport ($75 per month)
  - Garage ($100 per month)
