Cell Phones Wanted - November |
|
Falkland Chase will be working with Cell Phones for Soldiers. We will be one of many Home Properties Communities that will become a official drop off location for cell phones. Cell Phones for Soldiers is a non-profit organization that collects used cell phones and converts them into prepaid calling cards for soldiers overseas. Please stop in and show your support. |

Congrats to Amy for winning September's drawing!! Just a reminder to all of you "early birds" that Falkland holds an early rent prize drawing monthly. Every valued Falkland resident who pays their rent on or before the 1st of each month will be automatically entered and one winner chosen at random in our monthly drawing to win great prizes! Go Green! - November |
| The Falkland Team invites all of our Valued Residents to help us reduce the amount of waste going into our landfills. Recycle all bottles, cans, jars, paper paper products, cardboard, etc. into the appropriate containers located in each waste enclosure area. Any over-size items such as sofas, chairs, etc. must be placed inside the container located near the North dog park. Avoid the $500.00 fines for not recycling and help us keep our community clean! | |
